Change management
The qualifier is doing the work: from the perspective of a DNP-prepared nurse. That is the person who builds the coalition and owns the sustainment, not the person the change happens to.
A named model with five points, and two constraints that decide the grade: the change is a pilot, and the worked example in the lesson may not become your topic.
Two examples from your own experience, and a third question that quietly does the grading: how the change occurred. That is asking you to run the story through a change theory.
DQ 2 :Compare and contrast two change theories, and determine which theory makes the most sense for implementing your specific EBP intervention

The last clause is the one you cannot look up: has your preceptor used either theory, and what happened. That grounds the comparison in your setting rather than in a textbook.
